kernel/hardware

  • test irda port with lirc
    • find out if there is a propper gui for it or write one
  • test usb driver / maybee there is a hardware related problem
    • also test the usb mass storage driver
  • check mrdatas contribution on ucb1x00 switches which works around a hardware related bug

build system

  • build a new toolchain based on uclibc
  • use buildroot to get into it later create a slackbuild

  • create a base system
    • create new init skrips
    • use uclibc

xynth

  • using xynth ;)
  • try the tslib port on xynth
  • find out how to use the switches as keyboard device
  • use thumb 2 keys as main interface / keybinding stuff

Bootloader

  • try to get uboot working on simpad
  • find out how I can use the new gpl driver for it
